Because Only Together We Can

Build a World Where All Youth Are Safe, Strong & Valued

Who We Are

Agents Of Change Africa is a youth, social, and community development advocacy network, founded by Hadji Kwame Ahmed On The 24th Of June, 2010. With a core concentration on Sustainable Development Goals—SDG1 (No Poverty), SDG4 (Quality Education), and SDG8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth)—driven by a passion and mission to orientate, inculcate, extrapolate, and explore the potentials of the youths in low-income and vulnerable communities across Africa, thereby encouraging inclusive community growth and development. AOC Africa is also determined to eliminate the inferiority complex and stigma attached to youths from the rural area, deprived of the beneficial norms of the urban communities. With an impact network across Nigeria, the Benin Republic, Togo, and Ghana.

What We Do

01.

Street2School Project

We identify out-of-school children in low-income communities and provide full educational support, including enrolment, uniforms, learning materials, and mentorship to help them thrive academically and socially.

02.

Zero Hunger Initiative

Through our food bank and relief campaigns, we provide nutritious meals and food supplies to families, widows, orphans, and fasting Muslims, especially during crises like pandemics or economic downturns.

03.

Free ICT & Digital Empowerment

We offer free ICT training programs for youth and adults in underserved communities, helping them acquire tech skills like digital literacy, coding, and graphic design through our Digitalize the Ghetto initiative.

04.

Vocational & Skill
Acquisition Programs

From catering to fashion and photography to shoemaking, we organise free vocational training with internship and job placement opportunities, giving youth the tools to build self-sustaining careers.

05.

Mental Health & Drug
Abuse Advocacy

We run community campaigns and school outreaches to educate young people on mental health, drug abuse, and unplanned parenting, breaking stigmas and promoting holistic well-being.

06.

Community Sensitization & Engagement (SSEE Model)

Our SSEE Model — Sanitize, Sensitize, Empower, Engage — guides our outreach programs across Africa. Whether it’s public health awareness, policy advocacy, or disaster response, we’re in the heart of the community, creating lasting change.
